Do not make an excuse, blame someone or something else for your negative outlook, or feel sorry for yourself.  You are what you think.  You are what you think.  You must say this and think this over and over and over again.


What Animal is After You? 

We all learn how to survive in one form or another.  The caveman had to find food or starve, fight or die, run or be eaten by bigger animals.  Today we still have the three stresses of life attacking our existence but in many different forms that come at us mentally, physically, and spiritually.  As we have become a more complicated species, the negative stresses have gained more ground. We have become fat from fear, negativity, and apathetic vision. We have become weak as we use modern methods of mechanical and mental design to combat the complicated negative stresses of life.


Water, Water, Water:

All the food we eat lacks the water that we need. The world is made of 70% water but we still cannot take in enough water to meet our physical needs.  The food we eat has been processed and manipulated so much that the natural juices and water components are almost non-existent.


Eat It All but Know How to Substitute:

There are all kinds of foods to eat for so many different reasons.  Knowing what each type of food provides to your body will help you determine what you REALLY WANT TO EAT during the course of the day.  If we tell you not to eat this or not to eat that, you are going to put up a defense.  It is a natural reaction.  Same thing applies if we tell you what to eat.  Again, we have infringed on your space of survival and self-determination.  

 

A Nutritional Plan Made Simple:

We will not begin to give you the best plan to follow.  You must do that for yourself.  However, it is good to know the real building blocks of success.  You need to know what materials are the best for your house. What combination of mortar, sand, and water keeps the building strong? What materials provide the best insulation throughout the year?  What plan is affordable to construct and maintain? What resources do I have that are readily available?
